We process the Title & License work at the point of sale, but once the vehicle is in your name, the state doesn’t allow us to help any further. But No Worries! The process isn’t bad.
In order to get a replacement, you will complete form VTR-34 (application for a certified copy of title) and mail to the state along with $2 and a copy of your photo ID.
NOTE: We’re talking about Texas here, other states may be different.
